The courier company will contact you on the day of delivery and usually delivers on Sundays as well.

2. Returns and Refunds Overview

3. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product has been inspected and approved.


5. Partial Refunds
