Why Choose This Electric health grill panini press

The appeal of an electric health grill panini press is indoor grilling that works all year. It cooks meat, fish and vegetables securely indoors, outdoors or on a balcony, which means you can host in winter without standing outside. It handles toasted sandwiches, kebabs, steak and grilled vegetables, and the same plates do vegan grilled cheese as readily as they do meat.

Electric health grill panini press: Materials, Sizes and Features

This electric health grill panini press runs at an intense 750 W, which is what grills food evenly rather than warming it slowly. The automatic temperature control system holds the plates steady instead of cycling wildly, and two oil collecting containers catch the fat that renders out, which is where the health claim actually comes from. The sleek black surface gives a premium appearance and the folding shape makes it easy to use on a table and to store.

Caring for Your Electric health grill panini press

Cleaning an electric health grill panini press is easiest while the plates are still warm, not hot. Unplug it, let it cool until it is safe to touch, then wipe the non-stick plates with a damp cloth before residue hardens. Empty and wash the oil collecting containers after every use rather than letting fat stand in them. Never immerse the body in water, and use no metal tool on the plates.

Cooking on a Contact Grill

Preheat an electric health grill panini press for a few minutes before the food goes on, since putting a sandwich onto cold plates gives you a soggy result rather than a marked one. Do not press the lid down hard on a filled panini, as the weight of the plate alone is enough and pressing squeezes the filling out. Let meat rest for a minute after grilling rather than cutting straight in.
